Welp. I can officially say I've lived. And yes, I've been living 22 years actually, but not FULLY living. But on April 16th, that all changed. On Saturday, April 16th, I attended my very first.....
MONSTER TRUCK RALLY.
And IT. WAS. AWESOME.
Seriously, this was probably thee single coolest event I have ever been to.
I've been to demolition derby's before, and while that brings out a very fun white trash Jill,
the monster truck rally brought out that girl times 100.
I honestly had no idea what to expect. I was shocked that basically every seat in the Holt Arena was filled. I was shocked how big those trucks were. I was shocked how much I loved it.
My favorite part of it all?
The fact that the truck drivers ACTUALLY sound like Brian Regan makes them sound in his monster truck rally joke. It was hysterical to me. I've heard that joke for years now and laughed, but not really understanding. But it is TRUE!

Anyway, if you have never been to a monster truck rally, put it on your to-do list. You will not regret it. I plan on being a faithful attendant every year!
