Boating with the nieces, Addie was so brave!

 Those are words of wisdom from our friends, the Fray. Please tell me you already knew that before I said it though?? Recently they have been coming over my ipod and of course, that is one of those poetic lines that hit a nerve.

Today, I am happy. Life is so good, isn't it? One of my patients just found out her husband has terminal cancer and she was devastated. I cried with her as she told me to never waste a day and always show people you love them every day. All she wanted to do was stay home and spend the little time her husband had left with him. It was a good reminder of what's most important. 

Someday, someone will show me how to put together those picture collage things, but today is not that day and I am technology challenged. But here is an assortment of pictures as of late!

BROOKLYN'S PLAYGROUND! SO COOL! 

Went and floated the river at Lava with Taylor, and I really love floating the river. Taylor tried to rescue a lady stuck in the middle without her tube. She ended up jumping on with someone else, leaving Taylor stuck in the middle without HIS tube, because it floated away in the meantime. Hahahaha. Don't worry guys, I saved his tube. And him. He really is a scout, doing a good turn daily. Unfortunately this one backfired a bit. Oh well, thought that counts! 

Boating with Lisa and Emily and the Wall family. We had so much fun. Lisa made us all laugh when she said she didn't have a pornographic memory, but a pretty good memory still. LOL. We were talking about her memory and how good it is, and she was like really?? We said, "yeah, you remember everything Lisa!" She said, "yeah maybe! I never have had a pornographic memory but I guess it's still pretty good." I laughed seriously so hard, we all did.  Hopefully you've figured out she meant photographic. 

I will miss summer SO much. I love boating and being outside. Good thing it's not over yet!!
