deal breakers

I've been asked the question a million times:
"Is there a deal breaker for you Jill? A trait you just COULD NOT handle in a man?"

I often answered things like:
"Someone with no sense of humor, or someone who is extremely moody, or someone too opinionated and therefore hard to get along with"

But I've finally realized what my true deal breaker is.....
If someone has dentures, I can not live with that. If I dated somebody and suddenly found out they have dentures, it would have to end I'm afraid. I find dentures to be the nastiest, smelliest, most revolting things I have to deal with. I'd rather see a mouth full of blood than touch a denture. Lucky for me, I do just about both those things on a daily. Now dentures certainly serve a purpose, and it's much better than having no teeth. And some people keep their dentures fairly clean. However, I find those people to be somewhat few and far between. I got my teeth cleaned today and I forgot how wonderful it is. Also, I'm happy to report I am cavity free :)  No dentures for this girl!

We went to the playmill in West Yellowstone last weekend. Had a blast! We saw Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and it was hilarious. Great play. Stopped and saw one of my best friends, Brady, on the way home, which made my whole trip. Haven't seen him in like 6+ months so it was so fun.
How do you feel about this little number? I kind of love it. Next time you see me at a sleepover.. you know what I'll be sportin.

This was probably the best part of my weekend. I get a text from Derek Warren of all people, and he says "Look what I found at DI. You guys are gonna look great in someone's living room!"
LOL. This is a picture of me and Brittany Goodell in about 7th grade, if my memory of that purple shirt and my braces years serves me right. So attractive I was back then! I can't believe that picture was only going for .50 cents!
So I'm laughing and I show it to Emily, who is driving us up to Yellowstone. She starts laughing hysterically, because SHE TOOK IT TO DI! She forgot to take our picture out of it first though. Or did she do it on purpose?? That's the real question. Can't say I would blame her, yikes.

It's also funny, because there was this time in high school that my mom cleaned out her closet and took a bunch of old dresses to DI. And that weekend we had a 50's dance at school where everyone pretty much tried to wear the ugliest dresses they could find at DI. So guess what Emily shows up in?

Yup. One of my mom's dresses. She had purchased it that day at DI. I can whip out 5 or 6 pictures of my mom in that dress probably. We laughed for hours, and still laugh about that in fact. Gosh sometimes life gives you little gems like that. Love it!
